New releases and pre-orders 24th of May 2019

The lovely Natasha Watts recorded an amazing concert in Japan with the 20+ piece  A hundred birds orchestra which is now available from today on an exclusive limited edition CD. Natasha will be in store on Sat 8th June signing the album so hope that you can join us to meet her, if you can’;t make it you can pre-order a signed copy now.
There are also really good new albums from Vivian Sessoms ‘Life 2’ a continuation of her superb ‘Life’ from last year. Shayna Steele (remember her on Snaky Puppy family dinner cd ?) has made a great Bluesy soul album ‘Watch me fly’ and Southern Avenue ‘Keep on’  with more Memphis soul .
Theo Croker excellent ‘Star people nation’ is also now available on Lp, and there are new albums from Teotima, Gemma & the travellers and another Carmichael Musiclover.
Brief Encounter’s in demand ‘We want to play’ album is now out on CD and LP, plus a superb 3CD containing all of Jr Walker’s 70’s Motown albums on CD for the first time and a strong previously unissued late 70’s funky album from Sons of Slum.
Marvin Gaye’s – You’re The Man LP is back in stock in limited numbers. Grab yours here.
There are two good broken beat 12″ singles from Blacks & Blues (Kaidi & Dego) and Co-op presents Sivey., plus Goody Goody reissue 12″ and a couple of really good 45’s on cordial and a welcome reissue of two Esther Phillips classics on a 45.
