Brilliant album and DVD of a live recording from the amazing band Snarky Puppy which features many guest vocalists. They really are a great band with a full horn section, difficult to compare to anyone currently making music. Chantae Cann sweet voice graces ‘Free Your Mind’. Shayna Steele voice copes well with the powerhouse ‘Gone Under’, Malika Tirolien sings her heart out on ‘I’m not the one’ . N’Dambi sings the moody ‘Deep’ but the standout is an incredible performance from Lalah Hathaway ‘Something’ which is really exceptional and essential to hear see and feel. Music for the soul.

Yet another stunning CD/DVD combo from one of the most exciting bands to emerge for many years. Incredible inventiveness, imagination and sheer musical virtuosity that takes your breath away. The vocals demonstrate an extraordinary breadth of talent, with some students(I guess) from the Jefferson Institute Music Lab project. The recording quality is demonstration standard as are all the other Snarky recordings.
