Philippe is the son of Brazilian musical legend Baden Powell de Aquino, and is reinventing Brazilian jazz in the lineage of his father’s generation. The album ‘Notes Over Poetry’ released on Farout Recordings, is a beautiful album with Brazilian, Jazz and Latin influences, both vocal and instrumental.
