Superb compilation that documents some of the great Jazz and Latin dance tracks that have inspired Snowboy’s legendary Hi Hat dancer sessions. If you like your dance Jazz full-on then this CD hits the spot. Blistering cuts like McCoy Tyner’s take on ‘Blue Bossa’, Bobby Sanabria’s awesome spin on ‘Caribbean Fire Dance’ and Peter King’s ‘Speed Trap’ set the tone, but more recent cuts like New Cool Collective’s ‘Perry’ and Sirius B’s ‘Sirius’ sustain the quality. Awesome stuff.
