Nancy Wilson finished her 20 year stint at Capitol records in 1980 with ‘Take my Love’ the last of her 37 albums for the label. ‘Take my Love’ is a nice uptempo soul dancer in the style of EWF/Emotions that would also have suited by Phyllis Hyman. The album’s killer cut is ‘Lets Hold on To Love’ an orchestrated mid tempo 2 –stepper that deserved more attention. Leon Ware penned the jazzy soul ‘I Loved You all the time’ which has his usual sensual lyrics.
