From 1981, ‘Winners’ was not quite that as unlike its four predecessors it did not get to No1 ion the R&B charts. In retrospect, however, this album sound very strong – tunes like the catchy ‘In The Way’ the single ‘Real Thing’ and the lovely ‘Sunlight’ showed why the Brothers Johnson are so revered. Try also the pulsating dancer ‘Do It For Love’
