Coronavirus update : Shop now closed for walk ins.

How Covid-19 is affecting Soul Brother Records | store closed for walk-ins.

In compliance with the Government’s address, our shop completely shut and will be so for the foreseeable future. As a non-essential business we must remain closed. Please bare with us while we establish the full details of what has been stated. Like everyone else we have no idea what the near future holds. We are now mail order only.

In these trying times we at Soul Brother Records are doing all we can to protect our customers and ourselves by following the government’s advice regarding social distancing to minimise the chance of spreading the virus.

With this in mind we are closing the store for walk in business starting from 7pm, today, Wednesday 18th March.
This will continue until further notice and when the official advice is that it is safe to re-open in our regular way.

Instead we are operating an appointment system for individual browsing, based on one person in the shop for a pre-arranged, allocated period.

To arrange a visit please call us on 020 8875 1018 and we’ll do our best to accommodate you where it is safe to do so.

We will be completely closed on Sundays.

We would however encourage that all non-essential travel is avoided and instead ask you to use the online store to make purchases.

Records and CDs can ordered online or over the phone for collection where necessary but browsing is limited to pre-booked appointments.

Again, we would like to stress that customers use our mail order service for purchases – we are offering a discount to help towards the cost of mail order where you may have normally bought in store. Enter HOPE at checkout.

We understand this may cause inconvenience but we have a duty to help in the efforts to contain the spread of Covid-19. Most of all we thank you for your continued support in these incredibly difficult times and urge everyone to stay safe.

best regards
Laurence and all the team at Soul Brother
