Mr Bongo started a series of reissuing albums from the Groove Merchant label including killer albums from Lonnie Smith and O'Donel Levy. Dorothy Ashby's superb 'Afro Harping' got a deluxe edition issue with many additional versions of an amazing album produced by Richard Evans. Emilia Sisco from Finland has previously released a few nice 45s but now has her fine ten track debut album ‘Introducing Emilia Sisco’ backed by the excellent Cold Diamond & Mink. It is a superb retro early 70s soul album recorded and mixed at the Timmon studios.
