British singer Lianne La Havas traced her family history to Jamaica and Greece to record her second album ‘Blood’. Lianne has a good voice and an unusual style. It is shown to best effect on the mid tempo Neo-Soul tracks ‘Unstoppable’ and the horn backed ‘Midnight’. ‘Tokyo’ and ‘Green & Gold’ are also more soul oriented grooves. ‘Wonderful’, ‘Grow’ and ‘Ghost’ are nice acoustic tracks, some of the others will have a more mainstream appeal.
