Trumpeter Theo Croker has made many great albums and his latest ‘Dream Manifest’ pushes the boundaries between Jazz, Soul and Hip Hop even further.
‘High Vibrations’ is an up-tempo vocal track featuring Malaya and D’Leau. ‘Slowly’ is a mid tempo groove ft Ego Ella May, whilst Estelle features on the more down tempo ‘One Pillow’. The atmospheric instrumental ‘Crystal Waterfalls’ reminds us from where Theo came from on his journey.
A varied and interesting album.
