David Ruffin recorded these two great ‘Modern Soul’ dancers for Motown in 1977 arranged and co-produced by Van McCoy along with songwriter Charles Kipps. ‘i Cant Stand The Rain’ was only issued in the Uk on a 45 at the time and ‘Questions’ remained an album only track until this release.
