1985 release from Cheryl Lynn that manages to avoid a too heavy reliance on the over synthesised production of a lot of the releases at the time, ‘Fidelity’ is a good dancer that kicks off the set but the more mid tempo ‘Fade To Black’ maybe shades it. ‘It’s Gonna Be Alright’ is an upbeat dancer produced by Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, James ‘D’ Train Williams and Hubert Eaves penned the thumping boogie of ‘Let Me Love You’, the slower ‘Loafin’ showcases Lynn’s powerful voice while ‘Tug ‘O War’ see’s her teaming up with long time writing partner Thurlene Johnson on a big, mid tempo number.
