Strong Jazzy Afrobeat album from the13 piece Japanese Band Jaribu Afrobeat Arkestra. On thier 3rd album ‘Jaribu’ the band play 10 original instrumental pieces and display great musicianship and a very together full sound. ‘Devil’ , ‘Afro Rodeo’, ‘Witness’, ‘Yellow Joint’ and ‘Bomb’ are full on afro grooves. ‘Dancers in the Darkness’ and ‘Kew’ are more subtle laidback funky tracks. Good album.
