Funky Soul from Stax, Williams has a sublime voice that is perfectly suited to cuts like ‘I See Hope’. ‘Loving You’ is a mid-tempo groover with a smooth feel, where as ‘Open Your Heart’ is a fine song with wonderful harmonies. The Whole Damn World Is Going Crazy’ is a 70’s Modern Soul classic. ‘Honey’ is ballad of sheer and simple beauty and is the epitome of what Soul music is. ‘Come What May’ is a bonus track and is a fine groove. Another strong song from a master singer.
