Jazz organist Larry Young released two albums for Arista Records in 1976. This, the first is the strongest and features the Rare Groove era classic ‘Turn Off The Lights’. It is an intensely funky album as the off-key opener ‘Fuel For The Fire’ illustrates. The albums is characterised by Young’s edgy Moog playing and by the seriously sensual vocals of Laura ‘Tequila’ Logan. Another features is the intense Funk of tracks like ‘H+J=B’ and the quirky ‘New York Electric Street Music’.
