The Eliminators were a North Carolina band that released their on BRC (Brunswick Record Corporation) in 1974.The label were experiencing financial difficulties at the time, which may explain the lack of distribution and thus, the album’s rarity on original. The music is typified by a tight, incisive feel and Includes the 2-step/modern soul classic title track, the funk of ‘Get Satisfied’, ‘Give It Up’, a cover of David Ruffin’s ‘Blood Donors Needed’ and ‘Loose Hips’ as well as some nice sweet soul ballads in the form of ‘Try Try Try’ and ‘Takin Love and Makin Love’.
