Victor Haynes is a consistent performer and his new album ‘My Time Is Here’ wont disappoint. The excellent title track is a great uplifting up tempo Rhodes backed track in a Bobby Womack style. ‘Get Back’ is even more uptempo and features Dawn Zee as co-vocalist. ‘Sleep Over’ is another up tempo song whilst ‘Stay with me’ and ‘Give me the reason’ show the mellow side of Victor’s music. Nice album.
