Quality Blue eyed soul from Italian singer Al Castellana. The mid tempo floaters ‘My Woman’ and ‘Still the Same’ and the more groove oriented ‘I am old’are excellent Soul tracks. ‘Nobody’ has a more progressive groove is one of the albums standout. ‘Salt lamp light’ has an atmospheric feel. The outro ‘Singing with my friend’ leaves the album on a high.
