Clara Moreno revisits Jorge Ben Jor’s classic 1963 album ‘Esquema Novo’. That classic set included the legendary ‘Mas Que Nada’. Moreno pays due deference to the song’s beauty but adds a modern feel. Indeed the album has both a classic samba and modern Brazilian lilt to it. Masterful and another great release on the Far Out label.
