This seventh release from Rodney Franklin has a soulful feel – very 1985 with its Luther feel on tracks like ‘Song For You’. Skydance’s opener ‘Fiesta’ has a Latin feel and is Jazz Funk of its era. ‘One From The Heart’ has a lovely mellow feel. ‘Skydance’ is fitting finale to the album of the same name.
