UK singer and songwriter Dapaul has made a very credible and unique debut album, utilising numerous UK musicians and backing singers. ‘Fairtrade’ is a really strong track that goes through changes and has a really nice instrumental middle section. The more laidback ‘Kumbaya’, ‘Let me Go’ and ‘She’s So Entertaining’ and mid tempo ‘Free and Satisfied’ have a really nice feel. Good album with a different sound.
