Smooth Jazz alto saxophonist Will Donato’s ‘Supersonic’ is a fine groove laden instrumental set. Tracks like ‘Groovolution’, ‘Curveball’, ‘Algarve Groove’ and ‘Linea’ will appeal to those that enjoy the funkier side of smooth grooves. There are some nice mellower tracks like ‘Captivated’. Favourable comparisons might be Paul Taylor or Jeff Kashiwa.
