John Gary Williams recorded his fabulous Modern soul dancer ‘The Whole Damn World Is Going Crazy’ for the Stax label in 1973. It was released as a 45 in 1974 and has remained popular and in demand ever since.  Original copies sell for up to £75.  J J Barnes recorded ‘Sweet Sherry’ for the Grooveville label in 1969 it has been popular on the Northern Soul scene ever since and is a great slice on Detroit Soul produced by Don Davis.
