Brief Encounter were a band from North Carolina who recorded many great sides for a variety of labels in the 70’s and early 80s which are in demand. ‘What About Love’ is a great funky modern soul dancer recorded for the Capitol label in 1976., original copies sell for about £150. ‘Got A Good Feeling’ is another funky soul dancer with an EWF influence from 1977, which also sells for a similar value.
