Mark Murphy was one of the greatest Jazz singers of all time. This concert at the Keystone Korner finds Mark with a great quartet featuring Paul Potyan piano, Peter Barshay bass, Jack Gobbetti drums and Babatunde Lea on percussion. The fifteen tracks demonstrate his vocal style and include many Murphy standards like ‘Farmers Market’, ‘Waters of March’ along with versions of ‘Bijou’, ‘Body and Sou’ , ‘Blues in the Night’. An amazing talent.
