First reissue of this super rare Detroit Soul album from 1980 recorded in Dearborn Heights MI by Lady Jane. The last original copy sold for £3750 on discogs. It includes the uptempo funky soul ‘Never Lived In The Ghetto’ with a typical 1980’s siound with quirky synths over a driving beat. The sax backed ‘Things Have Got To Change’ has a driving beat and nice groove to it. ‘Space Flight’ and ‘She’s A Star’ are also uptempo soul dancers. ‘Do You know what You’re talking about’ is a good mid tempo soul song, whilst ‘Here I Am Baby’ is a good soul ballad. Take your chance to own a copy of this extremely rare record whilst you can.
