There are some interesting new releases and restocks this week. Samm Henshaw has a nice retro soul LP ‘It Could Be Worse’ in the style of Jalen etc. Kelly Finnigan returns with his group The Monophonics with a 10 anniversary reissue of ‘Sound Of Sinning’ with a retro 60’s Soul sound and Khruangbin psychedelic funk ‘The Universe Smiles Upon You ii’. War have an excellent 5cd set covering their classic 1971-1975 period.
