Her distinctive voice is steeped in the history of Jazz and Soul, with hints of her influences: Billie Holiday, Tina Turner, Amy Winehouse and Chaka Khan. The album was recorded in Studio B (Princes room) at Sunset Sound .L.A., and is produced by Chris Seefried mastered by Bernie Grundman.
