Also some good smooth jazz from Bob Baldwin , Spyro Gyra Patrick Yandall and Rob Tardik. There is a killer Unrleleased album recorded mainly in the 70's from Master Plan Inc and two more albums from the Tabu label. Thomas Motter and Melissa Bell from Moon Base who visited the store on Saturday 31st August. Really good soul album made by German keyboardist Thomas Motter, Moon Base features some great vocalists and musicians including Saxophonist Bill Evans. Helen Taylor features on the nice mid tempo ‘High’, Karl Frierson on the Bootsy influenced ‘Moon Cookies’, Helena Paul on the uptempo jazzier Jazz Music’ and Menoosha Susungi sings/speaks on ‘Do Me Like A lion’. The highlight though is Melissa Bell’s great soulful voice on the mid tempo ‘Watch Out’ and ‘You’. Refreshingly Soulful album.
