The James Day Seasons and Reasons CD has arrived at last. James has assembled a great line up of singers including Audrey Wheeler, Gavin Christopher, Donnie and Mikelyn Roderick and written some really good feel good songs, making perfect Soul music for the season and much more. This is a must have album, available exclusively in Europe from Soul Brother Records and we have a few signed copies available. Ty Causey is Mister Consistent and he returns with another solid album, great soul music. There is also a Christmas album from Mary J Blige.
The fifth Roy Ayers reissue CD on Soul Brother ‘Africa Center of the World is possibly the strongest, its a great album, and there are good re-issues from Jimmy Jam’s early recordings as Mind and Matter, Ramsey Lewis and Newcomers.
For Vinyl collectors the first two Gregory Porter albums are out on Vinyl at last as Deluxe Double sets, there’s an unreleased Tubby Hayes very limited album and some great 45’s including a good new Modern soul side from Paul Craver.
