Charles Bradley burst into the scene with his debut album a couple of years back and now makes a great more soul oriented follow up with Victim of Love. The Relatives and Menahan Street band also follow that retro 60's/early 70's oul/funk sound. Marc Evans and Groove Odyssey serve up some soulful house.
