Legacy of Funk is 3CDS Featuring 30 classic Soul/Funk and Jazz-Funk cuts (mainly 12” versions or remixes/re-edits) mainly from the Columbia/Epic/RCA/Arista and Philly International labels, compiled by DJ Reverend P. Includes his edits of Jacksons ‘That’s what you get (for being polite)’ , Michael Wycoff ‘Looking up to you’ and Marvin Gaye ‘Rockin after Midnight’ and Isley Brothers ‘ So you wanna stay down’. Also Tom Moulton’s mix of Peoples Choice ‘Do it Anyway you wanna’, Brick ‘Dazz’, Bernard Wright ‘Haboglabotribin’, Reddings ‘Remote Control’ and Charles Earland ‘Coming to you live’. Vinyl is a effectively double 12” with 7 tracks incl the 4 Rev P edits.
