There are some interesting releases this week. Lance Ferguson returns with a really good album Rare Groove Spectrum vol 3 featuring covers of classic rare groove tracks. Chip Wickham has a good new album on CD ‘The Eternal Now’ . Hypnotic superb rare groove/modern soul ‘Are You Lonely’ gets a 45 reissue with the instrumental on the flip in limited quantities. There are some good rare Jazz reissues including Isao Suzuki New Family ‘Mongolian Chant’ on Paul Murphy’s Jazz Room records, and Stephen McCraven spiritual jazz ‘Wooley the Newt’ on LP and CD.
plus Amanda Whiting ‘The Liminality Of You/Can You See me Now ‘ are now on CD. There are many great restocks this week , lots of classic albums that make great gifts. You can check our classic albums on vinyl feature here for more ideas, and we still have some of the christmas albums available here including Vince Guaraldi ‘Charlie Brown Christmas’.
This week we featured some nice original vinyl Jazz and Jazz Funk LPs, many sold straight away but still lots of great titles available.
We are still expecting Conya Doss LP and CD being loaded early next week as soon as it ships.
We are open as usual until Christmas eve until 5.30 then open on Sat 27th 11-6.
