New Releases, Reissues and Restocks | Friday 1st March

Finally the first two Dinner Party albums are available on a great value CD, fantastic contemporary soul/hip-hop from Terrace Martin, Robert Glasper, Kamasi Washington and 9th wonder. Cornell C.C.Carter has a great new single on Expansion ‘The Change’. We have a one-off copy of Maurice Brown superb ‘The Mood’ LP on splatter vinyl No13 of only 100 made. There are some good vinyl reissues on coloured vinyl from Azymuth and Betty Davis, both very limited editions., and we are back in stock of Milton Wright’s classic ‘Friends and Buddies’ LP. We have a few more Japanese CDs in very limited supply from Grover Washington, Sho-Nuff, Dynamics and Segments Of Time. Watch out for more titles and restocks in the next couple of weeks.

As we enter March we are celebrating the 30th Anniversary of our shop which opened in March 1994! We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible in the month to celebrate.

Saturday 20th April is record store day and the list of titles has just been published, which you can view here. We will aim to stock most of the Soul, Jazz, Reggae etc titles and some of the more general releases, but please send in your wish lists soon if you are after more specific titles, baring in mind that records will be sold on  first come first served basis on the day in accordance with the rules.

We are still processing several new collections that have recently arrived.
