There are some great new releases, reissues and restocks this week. First up we have the second album from Thee Sacred souls ‘Got A Story To Tell’ on Penrose/Daptone available on Black or Coloured LP or CD/ It is another fine example of contemporary retro 70’s harmony soul. Leon Bridges also has a new album ‘Leon’ his most personal set to date.
At long last there is a reissue of The Vibrations rare groove classic 45 ‘Shake it Up’ .and also Matt Covington rare 45 ‘Im So In love with you’. There are some amazing Jazz reissues including Luis Gasca fantastic ‘For Those Who Chant’ one of the best funky latin jazz albums, Donald Byrd incredible ‘Kofi’ , Tom Scott ‘Honeysuckle Breeze’ (incl Today), Joe Harriott rare ‘Movement’, Booker Little (tone poet) and high quality limited pressings from Gary Bartz and Sarah Webster Fabio. The last three Sade albums are also reissued on vinyl. We are also back in stock of some nice Lps and CDs that have been out for a while.

A couple of weeks ago we put up a good batch 70s and 80s soul 45s which you can view here. This adds to the list of 60s soul 45s which you can see here if you missed, and we also added to our series of 12″ singles with part 15. We featured the first batch of 25 Original Vinyl Soul LPs from a large new collection that we will be purchasing over the next year, there are some great hard to find albums; quite a few sold out immediately and we have added a few where there were second copies to the list.
As always we have a brilliant selection of original LPs and 12s that have been added to the site in recent weeks. This week we added some brilliant original soul LPs in addition to the batches of Philly Soul and Classic Soul we put up recently, plus two new batches of 12″ singles for funk, disco and house fans check them out here and here.
