This week is the best week for new releases for a while . Smooth Jazz fans will be delighted with new sets from Brian Culbertson, Chris Standring and Will Donato. Jose James appears on new Japanese Trumpeter Takuya Kuroda’s ‘Rising son’ album which could well be one of the soul-jazz albums of the year. The DJ’s from ‘Mi Soul’ have produced a very credible soul and soulful house compilation, whilst Noel Gourdin and Italian soul singer Al Castellana’s sets are very good as well.
