New Releases
There are some good new albums on CD and Vinyl this week. Trumpeter Christian Scott has made a very interesting Jazz album on Ropeadope for which he has designed three new styles of trumpet to create unique sound and introduces a great new talent Eland Pinderhughes on flute.

There are also good albums from JD73, Katie Leone and Lauren Desberg , Incognito’s 35th anniversary live set and vinyl issues for the recent superb Bugge Wesseltoft and Cecile McClorin Salvant albums.
Compilations
There are some really good up tempo CD compilations this week from Masters of work, Joey Negro’s 90’s house and garage and P&P funk and rap anthology. Check out the Cedar Walton 2 albums on one and the Brian Auger anthology on double CD and LP.
Vinyl
The Los Charly’s orchestra and final copies of the martin L Dumas Belief Attitude and Determination will keep 12″ collectors happy.

Warehouse finds: Soul Brother/Expansion Vinyl
We have found a small quantity (many are one-off’s) of several Soul Brother and Expansion Vinyl titles, which had been stored as file copies and now made available for sale. Most of these have been out of print for many years and are in very limited supply, so please order early to avoid disappointment. Check the list here.
