German Keyboardist and producer Thomas Motter returns with another strong album, a mixture of Soul and Jazz, and as always featuring some great singers. Le Nora Jaye’s powerful soulful voice fronts the funky strutting ‘Closer’, which has some nice horn riffs. Karl Frierson sings on the equally funky up-tempo soul ‘Eternity’ , and Princess Freesia fronts the bright upper mid tempo ‘In Time’. Ty Causey smooth soulful tones graces the down tempo ‘New Morning’. Menoosha Susung sings and speaks on the melodic funky jazz tinged ‘Time’ , Vanessa Holmes and Shawn Faye Stevenson combine for the excellent mid tempo ‘Nite Shift’ and Fatma Tazegull fronts the slinky jazzier ‘One Day’ and ‘Time is Forever’ . Very nice album which will appeal to those who liked his Moonbase album from a few years ago.
