There were a lot of additional new releases that arrived late on friday after the weekly mailer had been sent. Carol Williams was another Disco Queen and made many great records, this album ‘Reflections of Carol Williams’ dates from 1979 and includes her great cut ‘Love Constitution’.
Idris Ackamoor & The Pyramids return with anther interesting album of Afro influenced spiritual Jazz. The impossible to find Ella Fitzgerald Live at Zardis RSD album gets a full release on Cd and DLP.

Following the brilliant Harold McKinney set there are two further Detroit Tribe spiritual jazz classics from Wendell Harrison and Doug Hammond all on high quality 180gm Analogue mastered vinyl pressings. There are also two good Kent Vinyl LP’s from Mary Love and Northern Soul classiest rarities.
