New Releases and Pre-Orders, Friday 3rd June

Lettuce have been making strong Funky Jazz albums since they evolved out of Soulive, they return with ‘Unify’ out on CD this week, LP to follow.

Sly Johnson has a new album on BBE, and there is an unreleased Amy Winehouse live at Glastonbury 2007 LP set.  There are strong reissue vinyl albums this week from L.J. Reynolds
‘Travelin’ Strong early 80’s Soul, George Scott (rare 70’s Soul), Patrice Rushen (coloured vinyl), Bernie Worrell (P Funk), Robert Cray (great 80’s Blues/Soul) and Max Roach (great Jazz), plus we are back in stock of the Monophonics LP on coloured vinyl.
There are a few long out of print Soul Music and Big Break label CDs back in stock this week.
We also have a limited quantity of signed copies of James Larter excellent ‘Polarity’ LP.
Check the pre-order section for some great new 45 reissues on Soul Brother and Expansion arriving in June. The very rare Barbara Lynn ‘Mellow Feeling’ which will also be available as a numbered limited edition of 100 DJ Copy version, available exclusively from Soul Brother, and Tania Maria classic ‘Come With Me’ which will also be available in as full centre DJ Copy as well as regular dinked copies of both titles. We also have the previously unreleased Wood Brass and Steel 1973 LP ‘Uncovered’ being issued on vinyl for the first time.
We have been able to restock in limited quantities some of the best RSD drop 1 titles including the in demand 45’s from Eunice Collins, Fir-Ya and Willie Tee which you can view in the categories
