There are two brilliant sought after Jazz albums from the last ten years that have not been available for sometime from Takuya Kuroda and Tenderlonious which are worthy in any contemporary Jazz collection. Also reissued for the first time in many years is Marie Queenie Lyons ‘Soul Fever’ a rare and in demand Funk/Soul album from 1970. We are also back in stock of Sunbear’s 1977 Disco/Soul album, Skullsnaps and a couple of Jazz Room albums. Blue Mitchell ‘Down With it’ is the latest Blue Note Tone Poet release and there is an Acoustic Sounds reissue of Ben Webster ‘Soulville’. Pre-order for two Blue Note classics due next week from Lee Morgan and Joe Henderson and also Sho Nuff’s ‘Stand Up For Love’ album is reissued on Japanese CD.
There are some great singles reissues and restocks this week with Ramp and Maxi rare groove 45s are very welcome and we are back in stock of many great 45s and 12″ including Garfield Flemming, Linda Williams, Pandella Kelly, Modulations, Sweet Mixture, Lorraine Johnson, Marlena Shaw and more.
