Jeff Lorber Fusion returns with another funky jazz album ‘The Drop’ which will please his many fans. Kennedy Administration have a follow up to their well received debut album with ‘Second Term’, with their unique blend of Soul, Funk, Jazz with a touch of Rock. Christone Kingfish Ingram has established himself as one of the leading contemporary blues artists following in the tradition of B.B.King, his live in London concert was recorded for this double set. Miles Davis ‘Quiet nights’ was recorded with Gil Evans and gets a welcome reissue.
We are back in stock of some good titles this week, many of which have been unavailable during the Utopia Distribution move which has caused 000’s of titles to be unavailable since the beginning of August. It is a gradual process as they get all of the 17 million CDs and LPs booked back in and in picking areas, so more will be available in the coming weeks. Please accept our apologies for any delay in shipping certain orders caused by this.

Tomorrow October 14th is National album day and we will have a small selection of the most appropriate Limited edition releases for the event which you can see in a separate feature here.

We are saddened to learn that Founding member of The Isley Brothers , Rudolph Isley passed away this week aged 84. The Isley Brothers have given us seven decades of great Soul music as his legacy.
