Another fine week for releases. Nicole Willis and the Soul investigators have produced a good retro sounding album, the Kebo Music presents the Experience advised a couple of weeks ago is now in stock, the Record Kicks label celebrates 10 years with a great comp that includes many unreleased tracks, Boz Scaggs has made an album in the Royal Studios in Memphis and the Sidewinders have a great album of Blue Note Hard Bop covers.
The three Ace comps are up to their usual high standard, the two ozone 2 albums on 1 have finally landed and there is a raft of classic early 60’s Soul and jazz reissues.
For Vinyl collectors George Jackson’s first LP covers his Fame material and there are some high quality 180 gm pressings of classic albums.
Also check the 2nd batch of Original Vinyl from our recent US shipment, all these titles are one -offs.
