Drummer Trevor Lawrence Jr comes from a rich Musical heritage and his debut album ‘Relationships’ is a brilliant set of Jazz and Soul tracks,featuring a stela cast of musicians, yet another future classic on the Ropeadope label. Eric Roberson returns with the second of his EP’s ‘Wind’, and there is an interesting album from Bombay Cycle Club Mr Jukes ft Lalah Hathaway, Charles Bradley and others. Ropeadope have another album in this week from Unity is Power a collective of five great musicians including keyboardist Axel Tosca Laugart, great contemporary Afro-Cuban jazz.Bassist Julian Vaughn returns with a good smooth jazz fusion album on Trippin Rhythm.

Soul Brother are delighted to release the two classic Voices of East Harlem albums originally issued on Just Sunshine. These LeRoy Hutson produced albums are real 70’s Soul gems featuring many classics, not a bad track on either album.The LP’s are in stock now and the 2 on 1 CD and 45 will be in next week.

There is a new 45 on Soul Junction from contemporary artist Extra Rich in Class.
