New Releases and Pre-Orders

Vertaal have made one of the best new London Jazz albums of the year so far in Paradigm Shifting, the coloured vinyl issue sold out very fast and now we have another very limited (300) Black vinyl edition , don’t sleep on this if you missed it before.

There are some good smooth Jazz albums in this week from Jeff Lorber Fusion and Brian Simpson.

Southern Energy Ensemble superb Jazz and Funky Jazz album from 1977 was only ever issued in 1993 on DC label Black Fire and is now remastered and sounds fantastic. Lp this week , pre-order CD for next week.There are two more classic Jazz albums in the Acoustic Sounds 180gm Analogue vinyl series from Sonny Rollins and Oliver Nelson. Horace Silver all time great Song for my Father is issued on 180gm Blue Note classic analogue series. Tramp Records have produced a third volume of their Can You Feel It disco series, available on vinyl with as bonus 45 in limited quantities or CD, and JN hooks up with Dr Packer for Operation Disco with Remixes of classic and taste Disco and boogie cutson Z records. Black Heat have a nice double A side 45 and we are back in stock of Teddy P and EWF 45’s, and Archie Bell & Drells story CD.
We still have many of the great exclusive edition records from RSD drop 1 which you can view below, although on many we are running low on now.

RSD DROP ONE 2021 

A big thank you to everybody who came to Soul Brother on RSD last Saturday, or who has ordered online since. We still have many of the great exclusive releases available including the brilliant Kamal and the Brothers Lp on our own label. You can see the titles available by genre here.
